Tania Rosser told George Hook that personal repsonsilibty as well as resources were among the reasons Ireland's Women's Rugby team performed so badly at the World Cup.

The team have slipped to a low of 9th in the international rankings, meaning they will have to qualify for the next tournament in four years time.
