Diversions were put in place at Dublin Airport for a time this morning, after an incident involving a bus.

Bus Éireann says it is investigating the incident involving one of its vehicles.

It is understood the empty bus rolled down a ramp and crashed into a set of traffic lights near the entrance to Terminal 2 at the airport.

Bus Éireann says the vehicle was not in service at the time, and there were no passengers on board.

The company also says no-one was injured in the incident.

The road to the T2 car park was closed for a time, but is expected to re-open shortly.
