Wednesday's weather: Rain spreading east to west, but drier later

Today

A lot of dry weather to start today but rain along eastern coasts will spread west and southwest as the day goes on, reaching the far southwest by evening.

In the north drier and brighter weather will develop later.

Highest temperatures this afternoon will reach 14 or 15 degrees in the northeast of the country, elsewhere will be between 17 and 19 degrees at best.

Winds will be light, variable in direction at first, but will become moderate easterly later.

Tonight

Tonight temperatures will fall to between 10 and 12 degrees in moderate northeast to north winds and outbreaks of rain will clear to showers for most places.

It is expected to stay overcast with outbreaks of rain along eastern coasts.
