EA has announced the game will be available on iOS and Android
If you're a fan of The Sims, then you're in luck. EA has launched a mobile version of the game today in Brazil. It is expected to be rolled out around the world in the coming weeks.
While the company has not revealed too many details about the game itself, they did post this ad.
The game will be available for both iOS and Android. It will be based on The Sims 4 "legacy challenge", with a set of self-imposed rules, that require players build and maintain a family across the generations.
The Sims Mobile will be free to play and have a number of social elements. As with all Sims games, users can design and customise characters and properties.
The Sims was first released in 2000. The game features an open-ended simulation of daily activities of virtual characters, known as Sims, living in SimCity.
The franchise has sold almost 200 million copies worldwide, making it one of the best-selling games of all time.
