Chopped, the "healthy fast food outlet" continues to go from strength to strength - it is preparing to open five new outlets in the next month, creating 110 jobs.

The new outlets will be located at Dublin Airport, O’Connell Street, Talbot Street, Pavilions Shopping Centre in Swords and Whitewater Shopping Centre in Newbridge, Co. Kildare.

The company is seeking new store managers, supervisors, breakfast chefs, and "choppers."

Chopped recently greed to an exclusive five-year strategic partnership with the US firm Aramark. It will manage the new Chopped outlet at The Loop at Dublin Airport. The opening of this location will be the second Chopped outlet managed by Aramark.

Brian Lee, co-founder and managing director of Chopped said: "2016 has been a real breakthrough year for Chopped. We had big ambitions coming into the year and it’s been amazing to see our company goals come to life and then some. Our vision and plan from the start was to have a Chopped in all the main shopping centres and on every high street and thoroughfare in Ireland."

Chopped was founded in 2012 and over the past year the company has been named Ireland’s 'Best Emerging Franchise' at the Irish Franchise Awards in April and Mr Lee was named as a finalist in the 'Best Emerging Entrepreneurs' category at the 2016 EY Entrepreneur of the Year Awards.
