Minister Varadkar has accused the Fianna Fáil leader of misleading the public over his time in charge of the Health Department
A war of words has broken out between Fianna Fáil Leader Micheal Martin and Health Minister Leo Varadkar.
This morning, Minister Varadkar accused Micheál Martin of misleading the public over his time in charge of the Health Department between 2000 and 2004.
He claimed the Fianna Fáil leader told untruths in last Monday night's TV debate.
Speaking in Galway this morning, Micheál Martin said Health Minister Leo Varadkar should look at his own record before commenting on others.
Speaking on The Right Hook earlier, Minister Varadkar says political instability would put Ireland's hard won recovery at risk.
