The Health Minister says the number of people waiting on trolleys in Emergency Departments is coming down.
The latest figures from the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation show that 452 people are waiting on trolleys in A&E’s around the country.
That’s down from 460 this day last week and 514 on Tuesday.

Speaking at the opening of the Mater Private Hospital’s new Emergency Department in Dublin this morning, Minister Leo Varadkar says things are slowly improving.
