Two pedestrians have been injured after being hit by a car in Dublin city centre.
The crash happened on Trinity Street on Thursday morning at around 12:30am.
A 34-year-old man was taken to St James's Hospital, and his condition is described as critical.
A 33-year-old woman was also taken to hospital, where she was treated for minor injuries.
The driver of the car was not injured.
Gardaí are now appealing for any witnesses who were in the Dame Street / Trinity Street area between 12:15am and 12:45am on Thursday morning, including any drivers who may have dash-cam footage.
