At least two militants are reported to have been killed after attempted attacks on a police station in southern Russia.
The incident took place in a village in the Stavropol region.
No officers or civilians are believed to have been injured.

Some Russian news agencies reported three militants were involved in the attempted suicide bombings.
In a statement quoted by Russia Today, local police said, "two militants were killed in an attack on a police station in Stavropol region.
"One of them was killed while trying to pass a checkpoint. The other one managed to detonate his explosive device," they added.
