Gardaí have charged two men in connection with an investigation into alleged international money laundering.

The men, aged 39 and 48-years-old were arrested this morning in the Ratoath and Blanchardstown areas. They were taken to Blanchardstown Garda Station where they were charged.

The arrests were made by gardaí attached to the Money Laundering Investigation Unit and the Garda National Economic Crime Bureau.

The men are due to appear before Blanchardstown District Court 1 this morning, Thursday 9th March 2017 at 10.30am.
