Two men have died in workplace accidents in different parts of the country.
The Health and Safety Authority (HSA) said a man has died in a farming accident in County Wexford.
The authority said the incident, involving a tractor, happened this morning on a farm in Adamstown in New Ross.
Elsewhere, the HSA is also investigating after a 74-year-old man died in Co. Monaghan earlier.
It is believed that the man fell from a height while carrying out work on the premises at the Corby Rock Mill in Tamlat.
Gardaí were called to the scene and the man was rushed to Cavan General Hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
