Two men have been charged over an aggravated burglary in Dublin nearly three years ago.
Gardaí said four men entered a house at Casana View in Howth on December 13th, 2013 - two at the front door and two at the rear.
The men, one of which was armed with a nail bar, threatened a mother in her 40s and demanded money.
The woman's eight-year-old daughter was also in the house at the time.
The group escaped with a sum of money and the homeowner's car, which was later found abandoned in Howth village.
A 48-year-old man was arrested in Dublin city centre yesterday evening, while a 35-year-old man was detained in West Dublin this morning.
Both are due to appear before Dublin District Court this morning.
