Two men have been arrested in Dublin in connection with the attempted murder of two PSNI officers.
Gardaí made the arrests as part of a joint operation with the PSNI, under a European Arrest Warrant.
Police say the arrests were in connection with the attempted murder of two police officers at Eglinton in Derry on 18th June 2015.
BBC reports that a bomb was left under the car of a married couple who were both serving in the PSNI.
The men men - aged 29 and 32 years - were arrested in Dublin in connection with attempted murder and possession of explosives with intent to endanger life.
They are due to appear before the High Court in Dublin.
