Today marks the 20th anniversary of the publication of the very first Harry Potter book, 'Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone'. Twitter has opted to celebrate this milestone by unveiling a new emoji.
While there hasn't been a new book since 2007, some 40 million tweets have been posted about Harry Potter and his magical world in the past year alone. From today, users posting #HarryPotter20 will see the following emoji added to the end of their hashtag.
Up until this point, Twitter users made the most of the emojis on offer when talking about The Boy Who Lived.
