Turkey's accusing Russia of carrying out an "obvious war crime" after two schools and several medical centres were hit in airstrikes in northern Syria.
The United Nations says around 50 civilians - including children - died.
The UN Secretary General says it goes against commitments made at a recent conference, to hold a ceasefire within a week.
Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad is not sure that will happen:
"We hear about them requesting a ceasefire within a week. Who is capable of bringing all these conditions together in a week? Who is responsible if a terrorist organist refuse to adhere to a ceasefire. "
Meanwhile, Médecins Sans Frontières says at least seven people were killed, and at least eight are missing, presumed dead, after one of the hospitals they support in Idlib province in northern Syria was destroyed in an attack yesterday morning.
