Today will be dull and damp once again. To start the rain will be persistent in the north of the country and later in the day, in the south, where it will be heavy for a time.
Otherwise it will be patchy and broken with drier intervals.
Highest temperatures between 13 and 15 degrees with a moderate to fresh south to southwest wind.
There will be scattered outbreaks of rain tonight, with mist and drizzle and poor visibility.
Rain will turn heavy and persistent across the south early in the night and extend northwards overnight to all areas.
Lowest temperatures will range between 7 and 9 degrees in the north but relatively unchanged at between 11 and 13 degrees across southern parts.
Winds will be moderate to fresh south to southwest and will veer northwest in the north and northwest by morning.
