Today

It will be rather cloudy and misty this morning with patchy drizzle and fog, mainly in central and southern areas.

It will become brighter through Ulster, Connacht and north Leinster during the day with some sunny spells developing.

Top temperatures of 10C to 13C degrees, in light northwest or variable breezes.

Tonight

It will be rather cloudy and dry in many places tonight, but turning misty with a little drizzle or fog in places.

Lowest temperatures of 5C to 8C degrees generally, but falling to 2C or 3C degrees under clear periods.
