The founding President has been fiercely critical of the teachers that are threatening strike action, as he joined George Hook on 'High Noon' today.

Secondary schools could be closed within two weeks if they go ahead.

ASTI members voted overwhelmingly in favour of industrial action yesterday, and are meeting today to discuss the next step.

'They're only back from their summer break, and here they go again', Walsh said, while also remarking that in his view, 'they struggle with anything more than opening a box of aspirin'.
