Theresa May says there's no question over commitment to avoid a hard border

The British PM addressed the House of Commons this afternoon

The British Prime Minister says there's no question about her commitment to avoid a hard border with Northern Ireland.

Over the weekend her Brexit Secretary David Davis suggested last Friday's agreement was more a guideline than legally binding.

In the House of Commons in the last few minutes Theresa May says they're firmly committed to the deal.

Earlier, the British Brexit Secretary said the press have completely twisted his words when it comes to his comments on the border.

Speaking to LBC in London this morning David Davis said his words were taken out of context.
