Any early morning rain will clear into the Irish Sea, giving way to a bright and breezy day today, with sunny spells.
Scattered showers also, mainly in Atlantic coastal counties during the morning, but a few will spread further east during the day, dying out later.

Maximum temperatures 10 to 12 Celsius, in moderate to fresh west to northwest winds.
Tonight will be mainly dry, with clear spells at first, but cloud will increase from the Atlantic, bringing a little patchy light rain or drizzle to parts of the west and north coast mainly.
Patches of mist and fog also, mainly on hills and coasts.
Cold at first, but becoming milder.
