Cold and clear in many areas this morning with frost.
It will stay dry everywhere through the day but cloud will continue to move in from the Atlantic.
Highest temperatures 11 to 14 degrees Celsius and light southerly breezes will freshen during the day.
Cloudy and blustery tonight with scattered outbreaks of rain moving in from the Atlantic, turning heavy in parts of the west and southwest.
Lowest temperatures will be 4 or 5 degrees early in the night in the east and north but generally values will range around 8 or 9 degrees in freshening southerly winds.
