'Star Wars' is coming back to Ireland to begin work on the next installment of the franchise.

The cast and crew is returning to film in Co Kerry, with preparatory work reported to have got underway last month.

The film is also said to be returning to shoot off Malin Head in Co Donegal.

Locals there from the Malin Head Afterschool's Music Madness Squad have welcomed them with their own musical tribute.

Teacher Caroline Glackin appears in the video - along with students Lauren McLaughlin, Mary-Kate Mullin, Eimear O'Doherty, Nicola Porteous, Michael Cormack, Daniel Mullin, Eoin Conaghan, Shauna McDaid, Sarah Grant, Keira McGeoghegan and Ciara Cormack.
