The Japanese Prime Minister will visit Pearl Harbour in late-December to remember the victims of the Japanese attack there 75 years ago.
Shinzo Abe will become the first Japanese leader to visit the site of the attack in Hawaii when he joins US President Barrack Obama on December 26th - 27th.
Mr Abe's visit comes after President Obama made a trip to Hiroshima in May, becoming the first sitting US president to visit the Japanese city the United States dropped an atomic bomb on in 1945.

The 75th anniversary of the attack on US forces at Pearl Harbour falls this Wednesday, December 7th.
