The new chairperson of the Policing Authority says she believes gardaí are responding well to the upsurge in gangland crime.
The force has been criticised over its response since the Regency Hotel attack.
And Josephine Feehily says her organisation will have questions to ask the force once it has a full body of data.

But she believes gardaí need to be given full credit for how they have responded to the criminals.
She says the force have been producing results in recent times.
