Police in New York say one suspect is in custody after an explosion in the city.
It happened in a subway near the Port Authority bus terminal in mid-town Manhattan, near Times Square.
In a tweet, New York police said: "Update regarding explosion at 42nd St and 8th Ave, in subway. One male suspect is in custody."
They initially said nobody other than the suspect is believed to have been injured. However it was later reported that four people had been injured.
None of the injuries are believed to be life threatening.
Police added: "Avoid the area. Subways bypassing Port Authority and Times Square Stations."

New York Mayor Bill de Blasio has been informed of the incident, his office said, adding that emergency services were at the scene.
The Mayor has been briefed on the incident in Midtown. The NYPD, FDNY and first responders are on the scene.

White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders confirmed President Trump had been briefed.
