One person has died after a car ploughed into a coffee shop in south east England.
It has been confirmed that the victim was a female in her 70s.
Five other people have been taken to hospital, four of whom are described as being in a serious condition.
It happened at a branch of Costa Coffee in Westerham, Kent.
Matt Jenner drove by the incident just after it happened, and stated that "I just saw a glimpse of the car and [...] we drove a little bit further and saw a break through the fire engines and ambulances that the entire car was inside".
It is reported that the car clipped several other vehicles before crashing into the coffee shop. The vehicle was believed to have had two elderly people inside, who were then cut out of the car once firemen had removed the roof.
The condition of the driver and the passenger in the vehicle is currently unclear.
The vehicle itself has since been taken away to be examined.
