While public complaints were also reduced - from 590 last year to 174 so far this year.

The service carried 34.6 million passengers in 2015, with an average of 80,000 passengers per day.

There are 40 trams on the Red Line and 26 trams on the Green Line.

In 2010, security firm STT began working on the Luas due to an increase in anti-social behaviour.
