Chris and Leah O Kane thought they planned a traditional church wedding in Oldcastle, Co Cavan but they didn't wager on having a singing priest to spice up the ceremony.

They were blown away by Fr Ray Kelly and his personalised rendition of Leonard Cohen's Hallelujah.

Some of the lyrics in the classic song were changed by Fr Kelly to be more fitting to the wedding and the couple in question.

His singing brought the church to a standing ovation but Fr Kelly just calmly continued on to deliver the final prayer.

The video of the song has since gone viral all over the world and has clocked up an amazing 150,000 hits on YouTube and is said to have 2.5 million views overall.
