It's Luke Skywalker versus Jason Bourne, as talk of the most anticipated films for next year heats up.
A survey by Odeon in Ireland has found that found that 'Star Wars: The Force Awakens' is the most anticipated film for the next 12 months.
It also places Matt Damon, who recently paid a flying visit to Dublin to see U2 in concert, in 2nd place with the new Bourne film - which pairs him again with director Paul Greengrass.
Dory from 'Finding Nemo' gets her very own film 'Finding Dory' - which is in the top five along with the new 'Star Trek: Beyond', and 'Captain America: Civil War'.
Pre sales for 'Star Wars: The Force Awakens' have beaten a record previously held by '50 Shades of Grey'.
Douglas Brennan of Odeon says: "We expect this film to become one of the biggest films of all time and it promises to be a landmark cinematic event".
"We're looking forward to a carnival atmosphere with guests very welcome to arrive in Star Wars costumes. And although we are encouraging people to dust off their light sabres, we will be reminding people to switch them off during the film!".
The most anticipated films from the survey are:
- Star Wars: The Force Awakens
- Untitled Matt Damon/ Bourne Sequel
- Star Trek: Beyond
- Finding Dory
- Captain America: Civil War
- Ice Age: Collision Course
