Information supplied by Met Éireann
Cloudy, misty and damp to begin today, with outbreaks of, sometimes heavy, rain.
Brighter, showery conditions will extend into western areas this afternoon and evening, but rain will persist for much of the day in eastern and southern counties, with a risk of thundery downpours there.
Top temperatures of 16 to 20 degrees in mostly moderate southerly winds, veering west to southwest later.
Any remaining outbreaks of rain in eastern counties will clear, and it will become largely dry overnight, with just isolated showers, under partly cloudy skies.
A few mist and fog patches may form in the mainly light westerly breezes.
Lows of 9 to 11 degrees Celsius.
