Mark McHugh is back in the Donegal fold.

The Chíll Chartha club man has been named in Rory Gallagher's first panel as county manager for the forthcoming Dr. McKenna Cup.

McHugh had been in exile from the Donegal panel since the Division 2 final loss to Monaghan in April
