A forensic examination will be carried out at the scene of a fatal workplace accident at a quarry in Gorey, Co Wexford today.
Investigators from the Health and Safety Authority as well as the Gardaí are attempting to find out what led to the death of a 45-year-old man yesterday.
It's understood the local man had been driving a digger when he was fatally injured.

He has been removed to University Hospital Waterford where a post mortem will be carried out.
