Gardaí are investigating after a man in his 40s was shot in the leg in Dublin last night.
The incident happened in the Coultry Crescent area of Ballymun at around 9:45am.
He was taken to the Mater Hospital and his injuries are not believed to be life threatening.

The scene has been preserved for a technical examination and investigations are ongoing.
The attack comes just days after shots were fired during a planned garda search of a house in the area. A garda and an 18-year-old man were injured in the incident.
