A man has died following a house fire at a Dublin apartment.
Dublin Fire Brigade said its crews fought the fire at a property off Benburb Street at around 9pm last night.
The man was rescued from the building and paramedics administered advanced life support at the scene.
He was later pronounced dead at the Mater Hospital.
Gardaí said the cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
