Police in the North have arrested a man in connection with the murder of Jean McConville.
The suspect (73) has been taken to the Serious Crime Suite in Antrim for questioning over the abduction and killing of the mother of 10 in 1972.
PSNI detectives from the Serious Crime Branch made this arrest in the Dunmurry area of Co Antrim, on the outskirts of Belfast.
Mrs McConville, who was a widow, was taken from her home in the Divis Flats in West Belfast by the IRA.
Her body was only found on a beach in Co Louth in 2003.
