A man has been arrested after cannabis herb and cocaine worth €130,000 were seized.
The finding was made in Westmeath on Sunday, as part of an on-going operation into the sale and supply of controlled substances.
Gardaí from the Special Crime Task Force and Drugs and Organised Crime Bureau carried out the search of a house at Gortumblo, Rochfortbridge.
During the course of the search, gardaí discovered cannabis resin with an approximate street value of €60,000 - and cocaine with an approximate value of €70,000.
A 37-year-old man was arrested and is being detained at Mullingar garda station.
He is being held under section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act.
