As well as Irish chefs such as Neven Maguire and Kevin Dundon, international chefs such as Jean-Christophe Novelli and Manu Liria will also be in attendance.

Special talks over the course of the four days will include Darina Allen on Slow Food, Robin Gill on 'Farm to Table' eating, and Simon Lamont on the Sustainable Oyster.

Restaurants represented at the festival will include Ely, Jaipur, Ember and the Belfast Michelin star Eipic.

In a particularly Irish twist, Barry's Tea will also be serving up tea-infused cocktails during the festival.

Pippa O'Connor will host a 'Style Afternoon' on Friday, while there will be family activities such as games and face painting on the Saturday and Sunday.

You can purchase tickets and find out more information about the line-up on the Taste of Dublin website.
