Singers Jedward have settled a case taken against them by a Limerick businessman, for an alleged breach of a merchandise agreement.

Patrick Joseph Noonan took legal action against the former X-Factor stars and their parents for losses of more than €625,000.

He claimed he was not paid for developing and sourcing certain merchandise for the Dublin twins.
