Some of Ireland’s leading business women were honoured this evening at the Network Ireland Business Awards at the Knockranny House Hotel in Westport, Co Mayo.

The awards are a key part of the Network Ireland mission on supporting the advancement of women at the top of the professional world, with the theme of this year’s conference, "Harnessing Opportunity for Women in Changing Times."

The Established Business Award went to Paula Egan of the Kildare branch of Comprehensive Business Services.

Paula founded taxbuddy.ie and financeservices.ie, two platforms the provide a range of financial help to people looking to do everything from claim tax refunds, to managing accounting and bookkeeping tasks.

Naomi Fein of Think Visual took the New Business Award.

Israeli born Naomi founded Think Visual with the aim of helping communicate clearly using visual storytelling – a tool that can be crucial to multinationals navigating the often tricky multicultural world of international business.

The Employee Award was taken by Louise McClean, of the Dublin branch of the Clarion Liffey Hotel.

The highly regarded hotel consists of 352 guest bedroom, a health and fitness centre and a gym (swimming pool included), all along with three top class dining spots.
