Hugh Heffner's Playboy Mansion has been put up for sale for 200 million dollars.

However, one of the conditions of the sale is that he can continue to live at the West Los Angeles estate.

The five-acre property features 29 rooms, a game house, a home theater, a wine cellar and the infamous swimming pool with a cave-like grotto where Playboy bunnies partied with celebrities.

The mansion also comes with a rare zoo license, should you wish to house rare, exotic animals.
