Home and Away actress Jessica Falkholt has died of her injuries after a car crash on St Stephen’s Day.
Ms Falkholt's life support was turned off on Thursday and the actress remained in a critical condition.
Today, a spokesperson for St Georges Hospital in Sydney confirmed that she died at 10:20am this morning, local time.
The December 26th crash also killed her sister Annabelle and her parents, Lars and Vivian.
A hospital statement read: "On behalf of the family of Jessica Falkholt, St George Hospital has been asked to advise the media and the community of Jessica's passing today at 10.20am.
"Jessica passed away from serious injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident on 26 December, 2017.
"The family has asked for privacy during this very difficult time."
Ms Falkholt's life support was turned off the day before a funeral was held for the three family members.
Lars, 69, and Vivian, 60, died instantly, and Annabelle, 21, died in hospital three days later.
Jessica remained in a coma, despite undergoing surgery several times.
The driver of the other car involved, 50-year-old Craig Whitall, also died instantly.
The family had been returning from a brief holiday when the crash happened on the Princes Highway near Sussex Inlet on the New South Wales coast.
The 29-year-old played Hope Morrison in the soap. Her first film, Harmony, is due for release later this year.
