It's been reported that 68 people are being treated for burning eyes and coughs after an unknown substance was found at Hamburg airport in Germany, according to the German news agency dpa.
Those who were evacuated were forced to wait outside the terminal building in freezing conditions. Some have reportedly been taken to hospital.
Airport spokeswoman Karen Stein said: "We have cancelled all flight at least until 2pm and most parts of the airport
have been evacuated."
Police have since said that it is not a terrorist incident.
A toxin reportedly spread through the air conditioning system.
