Gardai in Galway in appealing for help in identifying the body of a man who was found near Barna on Saturday evening.

The man is described as being between 30 and 40 years of age, approximately 6 foot tall with black hair, of broad/strong build and was wearing a gold bracelet watch (Caravelle by Bulova).

He was also wearing a black leather jacket, blue jeans and white and blue ‘Athletech’ runners. He had a black belt with metal flower design studs across its length with a silver colour buckle.

Gardai say his death is not being treated as suspicious.
