Gardaí have seized around €25,000 worth of cannabis herb in Dublin.

Investigators said the drugs were discovered alongside €5,000 in cash at a house in the Sandyford area of the city on Monday January 29th.

A man in his 40s was arrested in connection with the seizure.

He has since been released without charge.

Gardaí have said their investigations are ongoing.
