Gardaí are investigating the death of a woman in her 30s in County Cork.

The body of the woman was discovered at her home at Richmond Court in Bandon shortly after 9am this morning.

The woman's body has been removed to Cork University Hospital.

A post mortem examination will take place tomorrow.
