Gardaí have discovered the body of a woman who had been missing in Dublin since Thursday.

Jennifer Deysel Crosbie (41) was last seen in the Ballsbridge area.

An appeal had been issued for information on her whereabouts.

This morning gardaí confirmed that her remains had been located and have thanked the public for their assistance.
