Cold and frosty at first today with icy patches. Some mist and fog also.

These will clear later this morning as cloud increases from the west.

Some showers in north Ulster today.

This afternoon, light rain and drizzle will develop in parts of Connacht and Munster.

Highest temperatures of 7 to 11 degrees with light to moderate southwest breezes.

Tonight

Tonight, light rain and drizzle will affect Connacht, Munster and sough Leinster. Ulster and north Leinster will be mainly dry with a fair amount of cloud and some clear intervals.

Frost will develop where skies clear. Lowest temperatures of 0 to 6 degrees, coldest in Leinster and Ulster.
