Mr Hutch, a 58-year-old Dublin-based taxi driver, was shot dead at his home on Poplar Row on February 8th.
His killing was in apparent retaliation for the murder of David Byrne at the Regency Hotel.
Mr Hutch was a brother of Gerry 'The Monk' Hutch.
