700 new jobs have been announced for Dublin today as three separate firms announce details of expansion plans in the capital.
Customer solutions company, Voxpro is creating 400 new positions, as it sets up a new office in Silicon Docks at the Point Village.
The Cork-based company provides sales and technical support to international technology firms.
Business social networking giant, LinkedIn is taking on another 200 employees ahead of the completion of its new headquarters at Wilton Place; which is due to be completed in the coming months.
The new development will house the company’s Europe Middle East and Africa headquarters.
The social networking company has had a presence in Dublin since 2010 and currently employs 1,000 people in Ireland.

Meanwhile, West Pharmaceutical Services is to create 100 more jobs as it expands its Mulhuddart facility.
The jobs underline Dublin's growing reputation internationally as a technology and internet hub.
Commenting during a meeting with LinkedIn management, the Taoiseach Enda Kenny said it is a further demonstration that our skilled people are highly attractive to the world's leading technology firms.
IDA CEO Martin Shanahan said the availability of talent is a key differentiator and said Dublin's reputation continues to grow internationally as a technology and internet hub.
This morning’s announcement will see Voxpro’s total number of jobs in Ireland grow to over 2,000 over the next 12-18 months.
The company employs 3,000 people globally serving customers in 32 countries around the world.
