25 new jobs are to be created at an Irish-owned supermarket.

Supervalu has announced it's signed deals worth €1.2 million with three Irish spirits suppliers.

Coole Swan, Darling Cocktails and West Cork Distillers will create the new jobs by supplying to SuperValu’s 223 stores nationwide.

The grocery chain serves over 2.6 million customers every week.

The new posts will be filled in shops around the country.
